Last wednesday we had "Noche Familiar" also known as "Family Night". And since my work duties on our base is hospitality...me and another girl had to make 140 chocolate chip cookies......with margarine (i know, right? ugghhh) However, they turned out wonderful and it felt good to do some baking (one of my favorite things!!)
