This last weekend my mother and I got the opportunity to join my cousin and aunt on a little trip up to the good ole MaliBU for the Women's retreat. OH man, it was a blast. We had a great speaker who got some good conversations started. Going up to Malibu for me was way fun....1) because I got to go with the mom 2) I was able to reunite with so many sweet peeps I had met up there during the summer. It was an odd feeling at first walking down the boardwalk...my friend Rachel (program session 2) and I looked at each other and said..."what do we do?" I hadn't really ever just been there and had the opportunity to really do whatever I wanted to. Normally I would be looking for work or on my way to work....weird. We soon eased into the idea of just "chilling"....wasn't too hard to figure out.

OH MAN....you wouldn't believe. While on our way home waiting for the Horseshoe Bay ferry a group of hippies started doing line dancing...so guess what we did....we joined in. Best idea ever!!! My partner was Harley...he's the guy with the white beard.....he was a great dancer!!! :)
